Not at all! My classes are designed to be accessible for beginners while still offering options for more experienced practitioners. I'll provide modifications throughout class so you can practice at your own pace.

You don't need to be flexible to begin. Yoga helps improve flexibility over time, and every body is different. Come as you are—there's no expectation that you'll be able to touch your toes or perform advanced poses.

My classes combine elements of Hatha and Power Yoga with an emphasis on mindful movement, breath awareness, mobility, balance, and functional strength. Every class is designed to help you move better in everyday life.

Just bring yourself, a mat and an open mind.
Props are provided at the studio, though you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. A water bottle and towel is also highly recommended.

All classes are clothing optional. You're welcome to wear whatever allows you to feel comfortable and relaxed, whether that's shorts, athletic clothing, or nothing at all.
There is never any pressure to remove clothing.

For many people, practicing without clothing creates a unique sense of freedom and body acceptance. Without the distractions of clothing, logos, or comparison, many participants find it easier to focus on breath, movement, and being present.
It's simply another way to experience yoga—not a requirement.

While uncommon, our bodies sometimes respond in ways we don't control.
If it happens, simply take a comfortable seated or resting position until it passes. There's no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed. Respectful behavior and discretion are all that's expected.
